At Ikos Home, our aim is to provide you with the best possible shopping experience.
If for any reason you change your mind, you can choose to return your order for a credit note or exchange your purchase in-store or online via courier (at your own cost) according to the returns and exchanges policy detailed below.
If your purchase is eligible to be returned, please contact info@ikoshome.com.au and wait for an email receipt of approval. Once approved the order can be returned in-store or online. If returning in-store, please show a staff member your email acknowledging return approval and proof of purchase so that they can process your return.

Products purchased on sale
Cannot be returned, exchanged or credited. The original purchase is final.
Fashion
Fashion purchased at full-price can be returned for an exchange or credit note. Please note we do not offer refunds.
The following criteria must be met:
Must be in perfect, unworn, unwashed, unused, undamaged condition with its original tags intact
Please note that items that have been worn, washed, damaged or altered from their original state (i.e. tags removed) will be returned to you and not processed for an exchange or credit note.
Your item must be received by Ikos Home within 7 days from date of purchase.
We do not credit original shipping fees and you are responsible for return shipping fees.
Homewares / Furniture / Art
No returns on Homewares / Furniture or Art. The original purchase is final.
Homewares purchased at full-price can be exchanged or a credit note issued. Homewares purchased with a promotional code can be exchanged only. The following criteria must be met;
Must be in perfect, undamaged condition with original tags
Jewellery
Jewellery cannot be exchanged, credited or returned.
Gift Cards & purchases with Gift Cards
Gift Cards purchased cannot be returned
Full price or promotional discount purchases made with gift cards can be exchanged only
Sale item purchases made with gift cards cannot be returned, exchanged or have a credit note issued
We do not credit original shipping fees and you are responsible for return shipping fees
Custom Orders
If your order is a custom order, we are unable to offer an exchange, credit note or return option. The original purchase is final.
Faulty Items
We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. A thorough check of your item is undertaken before it is sent off. If you received an item that you believe has a manufacturing fault, please contact us immediately by emailing a photo or two showing the defect/fault, which will speed up the returns process. In accordance with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission if the item we have sent has a minor fault then we have the right to repair the fault to the product and send it back to you. If we believe the fault cannot be repaired then we will send you a replacement product, which matches your original purchase. However, if we are unable to repair or replace your faulty item then we will reimburse you in full for your purchase.
Lost / Stolen Parcels
Please note, any lost / stolen parcels are not the responsibility of Ikos Home and we cannot offer refunds, exchanges or credit notes on lost parcels.
